Return Policy:

Lola Lee Designs cannot be held responsible for lost or damage packages.  Returns are not permitted on custom items.  Returns or replacements are not permitted on pre-made items, however we will take individual requests into consideration. 

Shipping Information:

Standard and/or Priority USPS will be used.  If you would like your package rushed or sent overnight, please contact me immediately as shipping is usually processed within 1-3 business days.  Please note an additional fee may apply.
